Excellent oh and Don I want to share positive information on metformin. It’s used to extend life. I’ll share more details on rationale to you but it’s very positive as it turns off mTOR and turns on AMPK it’s to keep cells healthy.

Hi Don, thank you for another excellent article. I was wondering do you think I should put a lot of effort into getting Novavax? Do you think my current strategy of testing weekly and planning to take paxlovid if I ever test positive is enough? Thank you.

Yes, you should put in the effort to get Novavax... As far as treating COVID, I'll have another article out soon discussing a strategy.

Thank you for the reply. I guess my thinking or question was perhaps just taking paxlovid avoids the risk of vaccine injury while still significantly improving covid outcomes?

vaccine injury is not the concern and it's a mixed bag on better covid outcomes

Hi Don, I've just booked my Novavax shot in the UK. I'm concerned they will only offer me a single booster dose as I have had 3x jabs previously (OxAz and mRNA). Please could you post links to the evidence underlying your recommendation for a new Novavax primary series if >150 days since last jab?

Which strategy? Which process?? If you are talking about the strategy to roll out the NVAX vaccine to the market, perhaps (just perhaps), I might believe you, but I seriously doubt you interacted with the CDC or wrote any strategy. If you are talking about the NVAX vaccination regimen, I don’t believe a word you say.... that’s determined by clinical trial data of protocols wrote by NVAX and approved by the FDA. Those protocols and the data determine what goes in the label. The data shows that previously unvaccinated people, should get the full 2-dose regimen. Those who had previously been vaccinated with any mRNA vaccine, a single dose is sufficient. You are but a medical doctor and should not be advising people on these matters!!!! I can see you fit into those arrogant people with huge egos. You are a quack!! You can go ahead and block me. You are doing me a favor.

You are not a medical doctor.

Uh... Never said or implied I was, medical doctors don't do any of this... Go find me a medical doctor creating actual applications that isn't backed by a product they are selling.

It's called "Strategy" which is applications... and I already did it, so being a grumpy turd now about it is why I blocked you on Twitter.

If you would like to display your low intelligence again for everyone by demonstrating you have no clue how anything works then I guess I'll give you that opportunity.

Just for clarity and transparency .... the reason you blocked me on Twitter was because you were providing misguided directions about the regimen of the Novavax COVID vaccine. I brought it up and you you got pissed off and then blocked me. And now here you are insulting me. Fine with me...insults welcome when I’m telling the truth.

I blocked you because you are a f--king idiot... who is wasting my time with your stupidity... build your own following and you can then lead folks.

Classy!! Happy new year!

May I ask why did you block me on Twitter? What did I do except pointing out what the FDA has recommended regarding the scenarios when you can get the NVAX Vx and how many of the shots you should get? I was surprised to see that you are this shallow regarding a tweet that does not follow your point of view.

Are you actually a doctor?

I wrote the strategy for access and worked with the CDC to create the process.

I don't have time to argue with every person who has misplaced confidence.

Complain too much and I'll block you here too.

I got novaVax last week. The last shot I had was J and J 2 years ago after getting two Pfizer shots when they first came out.

What kind of protection do I now have and when should I get my next Novavax shot?

Hey, this is SORT of off topic, but highly related, as I know people are trying to keep track of this. As of today, 10/12/23, a small midwestern chain pharmacy called Williams Bros. said they will be carrying Novavax updated vax in Bloomington, Indiana, and Terre Haute, Indiana. This is just from an informal phone call I made to request info on it. I don't have a twitter account and don't plan to ever, so getting the word out as I can. And it's increasingly hard to get any information on twitter if you don't have an account at all, so if there are other people doing the work of contacting pharmacies in the midwest, particularly Indiana - can somebody put the message out to them - Friesein on twitter - anybody - thanks very much, and keep plugging away.

This was just an informal phone call, so don't know how official - but they did seem affirmative on Novavax coming in sometime before the end of the month.

HI, I got the three series of NOvavax with great results. It's been 3 months since last shot. Should I wait to get the Novavax booster. BTW, I am calling pharmacies to ask for it. CVS and Costco do not think they are getting it. In SF. (I am Tim Lee on X)

You should wait three more months to get it for best results.\

You can get it now, and it might switch the antigen, but the data between 3-5.5 months is dicey atm

I got mine from Costco

What are the best papers to present to my doctor in order to try and get a new initial series of Novavax after several mRNA boosters? As a 30 year old in the US, I haven't had access to a covid vaccine in approximately 1 year. Thanks!
